$2,800/month

Weekly, Monthly, and Housekeeping rates upon request.

Two (2) nights minimum.
25% discount for 3-6 nights (off-season).
30% discount for 7-29 nights (off-season).

Cancellations

A deposit equal to the first night of the stay is required.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.
Payments by cash, and the following cards:
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express - no charge.
If the booking is cancelled 7 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to $25.00 will be made.
If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.
If a booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Home policy: No pets, no smoking except in designated areas outside, no food/beverages upstairs, no parties.
